Buying process as a first-time buyer so needed plenty of guidance along the way but Steve was always happy to do so. He ensured all parties were pulling in the right direction and moved things along / provided solutions when it looked like things were slowing, to ensure I made my target completion date. Beyond that was a just a generally good guy and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend, thanks Steve and Winkworth Herne Hill.

This being my first time going through selling a property I didn't know where to start. Winkworth took me step by step through what I needed to do and what to expect. Simon always had his finger on the pulse, keeping us updated even if he had no new developments a simple call letting us know he is still there which is surprisingly very comforting. Buying or selling can be an emotional roller-coaster but with an agency that knows what they are doing and even better they prepare for any and all factors is truly priceless. I can confidently say without Simon and Winkworth's tenacity and support I would never have got through this. If you are looking for an agency that not only knows the market but can guide you through, then there are no questions its Winkworth if you want that above and beyond request Simon Jenkins.

Simon gave excellent advice throughout, always a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.
Very commercially aware and knows the area inside it. Highly recommended.
