I have enjoyed many years of the most worderful service from Winkworth. I have found them to be extremely helpful, professonal and always ready to go the extra mile in order to please both myself and my Tenant. I feel that i must mention one particular person who has performed way above and beyond what would be the expected service, and that person is Rosie Ioannou.

We worked with Philip Bond at the offer stage for our new flat, and Rachel Taylor for sales progression. Both provided exceptional, professional service completely different to some negative experiences we'd had with other estate agents.
Philip had researched each flat we saw meticulously and was so clear and communicative. We didn't feel at all pressured by him; he took us at our word and was honest with us in return. We really trusted him and he did an excellent job finding the right property for us.
Rachel worked with us throughout the sales progression for our flat and has also been fantastic. Her communication was excellent, she always responded to us rapidly and she did an amazing job keeping the sale going. Through some of the stressful final days she was so helpful, taking time to explain things to us and clearly working really hard to get things sorted for us.
The Winkworth team were truly excellent, with a level of professionalism that really made them stand out against the other estate agents we've worked with. We are very grateful that we worked with them while buying our flat, and would certainly want to work with them again in the future.

A huge, huge thanks to those who helped us with our purchase and sale. Daniel was great to work with, it always felt like he was acting in our interests and was available to talk things through with. A special thanks to Rachel who helped progress our sale. Our selling process was difficult and lengthy - Rachel had so much patience dealing with multiple calls and emails per day from us. She knew our case inside out and provided valuable advice and guidance. She’s really knowledgeable of the legal process and gave us better insight into timeframes than our solicitors could offer at points. It felt like she was on our side and was trying to protect us from paying further costs linked to the delay. We really believe we wouldn’t have got our sale and purchase over the line without her. We couldn’t recommend the team enough!

I recently purchased a house through Winkworth Haringey, and I’m pleased to share my positive experience. Daniel Vincent was the agent who initially showed me the property and handled the negotiations until the price was agreed upon. I found Daniel to be honest, efficient, and an excellent communicator. He kept me informed at every stage, ensuring I was always in the loop.
Rachel Taylor coordinated the progression of the sale, and her efficiency and promptness were impressive. She diligently followed up with all parties involved to ensure the completion happened on time.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would like to thank the Winkworth Haringey team for their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended!

Josh’s understanding of the Bruce Grove housing market and insight into what potential buyers are looking for was clear from our first meeting. He provided honest, valuable advice that made selecting Winkworth an easy choice.
The entire team, including Oscar, Dan, Svetlana, Cleo, and Sofia, were fantastic to work with. Special mention goes to Head of Sales, Jake Strubel, whose excellent management, problem-solving skills, and commitment ensured a smooth process. I honestly don’t know how to write this review without fear of understating how incredible Rachel was. The final week of the purchase was quite literally one of the most stressful things we’ve ever done. Because of the last minute issues, we honestly thought the whole thing was going to fall through and we would be living at friends with our stuff in storage. Naturally, we wanted to know what was going on, who was talking to who and what the hell was going to happen. Rachel took every call, replied to every email and went above and beyond to give us updates, advice or even just to console us. We cannot thank her enough for her dedication and general positive demeanour that made this process bearable.
Because of Rachel, we will always come back to Winkworth’s - although given we’ve only just moved in, I hope that’s not for a while.
Rachel, if you get to read this, thank you again! You’re a superstar.
