Never having sold or purchased a home it all felt a bit overwhelming and daunting. Where to start?, What was involved?, What should I do next? And so the questions went on.

Jack Davies and the team he works with could not have been more helpful offering advice and explaining how things would proceed and keeping me well informed of my options.

I bought and sold through Samuel Wood and can recommend them without hesitation. They are consummate professionals who were a pleasure to work with.

My main dealings were with Russell, one of the co-owners, and Vicki, at the Craven Arms Office, both really lovely people. They and their colleagues were wonderfully helpful and made what might have been quite a stressful process rather enjoyable.

I hope I’ll not move again but if I do I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.
