I am pleased to say that our experience with Samuel Woods, Andrew and Jack was definitely positive. We dealt with the Ludlow and Craven Arms offices and found them pleasant, helpful and eager to answer any query. They kept us well informed as things developed and did so promptly.
The other party had demands that made the sale difficult and awkward but Samuel Woods dealt with this skilfully and were persistent in getting the transaction bought to a successful conclusion.
Andrew was patient, attentive and explained what was happening and fielded our queries and requests in a pleasant and friendly manner giving sound advice. He always had time to talk to us and was very reassuring.
The service we received was excellent so we have no hesitation in recommending them. We think you would be hard pressed to find a better estate agency and would have no qualms in using them again. We rate them very highly.

At all times Andrew, Jack and all of the staff at the Ludlow Office were all so very helpful professional, and also sympathetic.
They guided us through a very problematic time to a successful conclusion.
We are both very grateful to them for their tenacity and professionalism, in a very trying, difficult situation.

Our house sale wasn't straightforward and as we live 100 miles away from Ludlow the sale could have been exceedingly stressful. However, Andrew dealt directly with local people and agencies and fed back to us immediately with progress, issues and options. We really feel that Andrew went above and beyond what you may expect from an estate agent. He and his staff have been absolutely fantastic in helping us sell our house. Our experiences, put these people way above your average estate agent. Cannot praise them too highly!

I'm not one to write reviews unless someone really deserves one and I have to say that Samuel Wood in Ludlow did a great job recently at selling my house professionally and quickly. All the staff there are great and Jane went out of her way towards the end to constantly chase parties in the chain to make sure the sale went through on the estimated completion date.(Thank you Jane you really did go above and beyond the call of duty I feel!)
I personally don't rate the majority of high street estate agents but feel my money was well spent on these guys as Samuel Wood as opposed to the services an online estate agent who Ive used in the past.
