I recently purchased a house in the Shrewsbury area advertised by Samuel Wood Shrewsbury. When my offer was accepted I found them to be extremely helpful in dealing with further queries about the property and acting as an intermediary between myself and the vendor during the conveyancing period. Whenever I contacted Samuel Wood all the staff were friendly and helpful and able to deal with my questions and requests confidently. While I think of the estate agent’s primary task is to serve the vendor, I felt that Samuel Wood also had my interests as the buyer at heart in the way I was dealt with. I was particularly grateful when, on completion day, I could not arrive at the office to pick up the keys before they were due to close. One of the staff agreed to wait until I arrived, thus allowing me to spend the night in my new home instead of in an expensive hotel room. What a star! I would recommend Samuel Wood to a buyer or a seller.
