We are in appreciation of the help we received from Gemma over the past few weeks in our search for a property. She was a breath of fresh air. From our first meeting she was always well presented, friendly, interested in our pursuit to find a suitable property and conducted herself with the utmost professionalism. She was very prompt in returning our calls and was quick to get back with answers to any questions we had. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and any properties passed on to us were on point with our requirements. She conducted herself with integrity and made us feel at ease to be completely honest with our feedback.

We can honestly say, she was the most efficient and engaging agent we have dealt with throughout the time of our search. We have since found a property and had an offer accepted with another agent. We are of course delighted, but only wished we could have given Gemma the sale. In the future if we were to move, we would not hesitate to request the assistance of Gemma. Gemma was an absolute delight to work with on the purchase of my flat, from beginning to end. The entire process took a lot longer than we all expected but Gemma was always positive and helped to keep me positive, which was needed. She went above and beyond on several occasions, including traveling outside of London to get a much needed document on time. I'm over the moon about the property and can't thank her enough for helping to get the sale across the line.

I had an excellent experience with Rubel Rouf (Roo), at Winkworth, when I recently moved to London from the United States. Where other agents had told me to simply call back once I had moved, Roo worked with me to help me rent a flat and make sure that everything was complete so that I could move into my flat as soon as I arrived in the United Kingdom. He went above and beyond--even allowing me to use his mobile number to get a bed delivered, as I did not yet have UK mobile number. I would certainly rent a flat again through Winkworth and recommend Winkworth's, and Roo's, services.
