The flat we had tried to buy 4 years ago came on the market again. We had been in our present home for 39 years and were naturally tentative about the selling and buying process. We needn’t have worried. Doug marketed our property with the least inconvenience to ourselves making sure viewings were planned and supported by him or Molly. Both pointed out the positive aspects of our property and we quickly received an offer, allowing us to go ahead with our offer on the flat. We highly recommend Winkworth in Southfields

Doug & Molly are not your usual estate agents. Both of them have been totally trustworthy, reliable and supportive throughout the process. We both bought our flat from them and then went on to sell it through them also and if we were ever to buy/ sell in the area again it would absolutely be with them. We have had many experiences with various estate agents and honestly have always had a frustrating experience until we bought / sold with Doug & Molly.

I’ve used them ever since so, when it came to selling, they were the obvious choice. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale in a tricky property market and dealt carefully and professionally with very tricky tenants. I can’t thank them enough.

We brought our first property via Molly at Winkworth and Molly made a daunting/ exciting new process really as easy as possible. She helped us with everything from solicitor to a recommendation for decorators!

Winkworth's Southfields managed the rental of my flat for five years, finding two excellent tenants. Martyna managed both rentals and was highly professional and efficient, a delight to work with and extremely responsive when things needed attending to.

The flat was then marketed for sale by Doug who provided excellent advice and guidance through the sales process, securing a buyer within a matter of weeks above the asking price.

They are a great team and I would definitely recommend them for both rentals and sales.
