When another agent was unable to rent my flat out many years ago, I switched to Winkworth who had it successfully let within days! I’ve used them ever since so, when it came to selling, they were the obvious choice. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale in a tricky property market and dealt carefully and professionally with very tricky tenants. I can’t thank them enough.

We brought our first property via Molly at Winkworth and Molly made a daunting/ exciting new process really as easy as possible. She helped us with everything from solicitor to a recommendation for decorators!

I would definitely recommend Winkworth Southfields to anyone I know if they are buying a property in this area.

Winkworth's Southfields managed the rental of my flat for five years, finding two excellent tenants. Martyna managed both rentals and was highly professional and efficient, a delight to work with and extremely responsive when things needed attending to.

The flat was then marketed for sale by Doug who provided excellent advice and guidance through the sales process, securing a buyer within a matter of weeks above the asking price.

They are a great team and I would definitely recommend them for both rentals and sales.

We approached our sale with some trepidation and a jaded view of the Estate Agent fraternity but from the outset, Winkworths dispelled those concerns. These are such nice people with whom to do business: professional, knowledgeable and effective in selling our house quickly and for just a shade under asking price. Although the process is stressful and seems lengthy, the team was available to help and calm us where needed, playing a balanced game between advising us and not alienating our buyers. We were pleased with our choice of agents and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently bought our new house with Winkworth

Adam and the whole team at the Southfields office were very accommodating to our requests, always willing to help and find solutions based on their expertise with previous clients. What we most appreciated from them was, pushing the sale forward, keeping all parties informed and offering to help -and to chase- other parties that were not being as promptly as they were.

All in all, we have a very positive experience throughout .
