I’ve had a really positive experience with Winkworth Kingsbury managing my property. From the very beginning, I felt that they genuinely listened to what I was looking for and made the whole process incredibly smooth and efficient.

A special thank you to Nishi, who really took the time to understand my requirements when finding a tenant. She listened carefully to what was important to me and genuinely found the perfect tenant for my property.

I also really valued having the opportunity to meet the tenants before making my final decision. It gave me extra confidence and allowed me to make a well-informed choice, which I greatly appreciated.

Now that Winkworth Kingsbury are managing the property, I’d also like to mention Kirtesh for the excellent relationship he has built with both myself and the tenants. The communication, guidance and support throughout have been excellent, and it’s reassuring to know the property is being well looked after.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with how quickly and smoothly everything has happened. I’ve felt listened to and supported throughout the entire process, and I would happily recommend Winkworth Kingsbury to other landlords.

Recently I had the wonderful experience of Iarina contacting me regarding tenant matters. Communication was efficient and prompt, with little back and forth, recognising that I'm time poor.
