The team at Winkworth Kingsbury are an absolute blessing to work with during an otherwise stressful experience.

Jay's knowledge of how to navigate a sale with the property in probate was nothing short of highly professional, accurate and reassuring.

Kevin's infectious enthusiasm and determination found the perfect buyer. The support and guidance Kevin gave post sales has been incredible. Always so quick to respond to my calls and happy to coordinate between the solicitors to ensure a quick exchange.

Shilpa's determination to complete the legalities has been phenomenal. Again, sharing her knowledge to guide me through. Her excellent communication and dedication paved the way for the best outcome with as little stress as possible.

Nishi predominantly dealt with initially the sale and then helping with re-renting my flat. She was communicative, professional, proactive and as good as handheld me through the process. When it came to the sales side she was incredibly enthusiastic and nothing was too much. With regards to the rental, she talked me through next steps, documentation required and all the necessary information, thoroughly and proactively. I felt like she was just a phone call away for any issue/worry/query I had. She is an asset to Winkworth and I really felt in good hands. I whole heartedly would recommend Winkworths in Kingsbury and ask for Nishi!

Every step was clearly explained, and whenever we had a question or needed clarification, she responded quickly and with a really friendly, positive attitude. It’s clear that she cares about the tenants and takes pride in making things as easy as possible.
