I have been with Winkworths in Kingsbury (formerly AKA) for over 18 years and they have provided excellent and exemplary service throughout. Their knowledge of the market and the areas that they cover is outstanding. We have complete trust and value in the service they provide due to their transparent and proactive nature. Would, wholeheartedly, highly recommend this team to anyone.

Sam Shah was truly excellent and instrumental in finding the right long term tenant for our property. He possesses expert knowledge of the housing market and always presents himself in a calm, confident and professional manner - making him respected by both tenants and landlords. His wealth of experience within the area makes unique and truly one of a kind - I can highly recommend Winkworth in Kingsbury, namely the services and professionalism provided by Sam Shah.

Also, the office has truly exceptional and exemplary staff - namely, Gurpreet Gagneja-Gill, Swati Savani and Kirtesh Shah - they are always on hand to respond fast with a positive attitude and great solutions. Very positive experience in re-letting my property after a break for renovation. Sam gave me clear advice on what work I needed to do to put my property back on the market. I was amazed by the efforts put in by Sam and Dipen in arranging so many viewings, including over the Christmas vacation. For the second year running Gurpreet has exceeded my expectations in negotiating a fair and reasonable rent renewal that both my tenants and myself are happy with.

This is a very difficult balancing act to achieve. Gurpreet has passed the test yet again with flying colours.

Shilpa is a great leader and has depth of experience and without her hard work my sale would have not been completed. She has great team Nishi / Kevin / Jay / Zeenah and Lauren - i must say that all staff has been very helpful in my journey of sale and highly professional each time .


I wish them all the very best and ones again thank them for sale of my flat in palm court.
