Excellent throughout

From our first viewing of the property we bought through Bedfords, to the day when we went to pick up the keys at their Burnham Market office, the agents were professional, friendly and efficient. We needed to visit the house several times to check things before exchange, and nothing was too much trouble for Paul or Sarah, or for Elspeth who was waiting for us with a smile every time. There was always attention to detail which enabled prompt and clear communication between all parties.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

Proactive, professional, personable…

Recent purchase in Holme -N-t-S

Having spent the previous two years looking for a property near the coast and coming close on a few occasions, we have experienced the 'best & worst' of the realtor market.
We recently managed to acquire a home that ticked all the boxes for us and really just wanted to say how pleased we were with the first class service and advice received from Bedfords, Burnham Market. The process is daunting enough, so having an estate agent you can trust and available pretty much 24/7 is crucial, Sarah Paul & Ben certainly fulfilled that criteria.

Great service

Great service from start to finish. We were Kept informed of every viewing and feed back from them. Once an offer had been made, which wasn’t long after coming to market, again kept up to date on everything. Very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Viewing of house in North Creake

We met with Elspeth at the property, she was already there wait for us, very professional showing. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Took time to ensure that we had seen the entire property and answer all of our questions in a professional manner. Not too familiar with Norfolk, Elspeth explained all of the local area beauty spots and nothing was rushed. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was covered. What a lovely Lady

Perfect estate agent to purchase from!

From the very first phone call with Ben when I made the offer on my new house right through to the end, Bedfords has been a dream to deal with and purchase a house from. A really personal service and everything very efficient, friendly and positive. Thank you so much to the whole Bedfords team for guiding me through my first solo property purchase.

SIMPLY BRILLILANT BEDFORDS BUNHAM MARKET
