I cannot praise the help and professionalism shown by the agent who helped me through some difficult moments all brought to a successful conclusion. EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY

I cannot speak too highly of all the staff at Prickett & Ellis, led by Peter James, all of whom knew their business and were pleasant and easy to deal with. Peter James gave honest advice throughout, and never tried to over-egg the pudding. If all estate agents behaved like this, the profession would be far more popular than it is.

I feel the service delivered by Prickett & Ellis on my recent sale was both excellent and extremely professional. I was kept fully informed almost on a daily basis and the agents were friendly, efficient and responsive to any requests or queries. Amber and Peter provided an outstanding all round service, from providing a realistic and competitive valuation, fair sales fees through to the process of description, photos, presentation and marketing. They generated viewings from realistic potential purchasers, secured a very fair price and skilfully guided both our buyers and ourselves calmly and professionally through the full process to completion. Efficient and experienced.

The agency made moving as calm an experience as possible. They were patient with any change in ideas and quietly persisted until they achieved a good result.
There was no pushiness at all. They were charming and efficient. I'd recommend them any day.

Proactive, engaged and communicative

I first heard about Prickett and Ellis by walking past and seeing similar properties advertised for sale in the agency window. We chose Prickett and Ellis because we felt it was a premium agency and we had a premium ‘product’ to sell.

Initially – our agent Amber matched the expectation we had of the agency – capable, assured, results-focused. As the sale progressed we were increasingly impressed by Amber’s ability to go above and beyond at every opportunity. She was proactive, engaged, communicative, always available and always personable. Ultimately, she secured us an asking price cash offer in the days before the Brexit referendum – no mean feat!

We would be happy to recommend Prickett and Ellis to friends and family – in particular Amber Kirby.
