We put our property in Tilford on the market with both Castles and another agent in view to sell.
It was clear from start to finish that although Farnham offers a high quality of estate agents Castles was by far superior to the others.
we had clear and prompt feed back from all the viewings whether negative or positive about our property,thus im pleased to add leading to castles selling the property even when the other agent had these buyers on there books.
My personal opinion on this is that the staff at the Farnham office work hard as a team, with a high degree of due diligence and work ethics.
I would strongly recommend them.

Professional and outstanding service

Fantastic staff with impeccable knowledge
Very pleased with the service for the last 4 years on the leggings side and grateful for the assistance and advice from all staff. Kelly and penny are extremely helpful and ensuring that you are not missing any deadlines and your house is let to the legal requirements. They also have a great sales team led by Steve and their communication is without doubt the best you could receive. Lewis is new to the tram but very helpful and keen to go that extra mile. Thank you

Unerstanding and delivering a clients needs

My Mother was in need of company and I wanted her closer to home so we asked Castles to:-

a. Recommend suitable local sheltered accommodation
b. Locate a retirement flat
c. Sell / rent my mothers house to cover the costs of renting the sheltered accommodation

The team rose to the challenge. They took the time to take us around various retirement schemes in Farnham and explained the pros and cons of each. Once we had decided on the best location their inside knowledge identified a possible ideal flat. We viewed the flat and it was perfect.

Now, selling one property in time to move into a rented property can be very fraught as it can be impossible to get the timings right. Castles recommended we rented out my Mother’s house as this would give us the best opportunity to get the flat we wanted (the rental market was more favourable for the house we were moving away from). We have never rented before so this was a new path for us to tread down.

The Castles team guided us every step of the way. Clear documentation setting out all the steps and actions required made the flat renting a far easier task. Castles managed all the viewings and found us someone to move in. They helped us also get the house up to rental spec via competent and trustworthy trades people

This week my Mother moved into her sheltered accommodation. I have not seen her in a long while as happy as she is now – And she is just down the road now!

Thank you Castles for managing the whole end to end process for us.

I might add, Castles have also managed my last 2 house moves hence why I asked them to manage my Mothers move. I knew they would do it

Great Support

Duncan was extremely supportive giving excellent useful advice. His experience was invaluable and he was reassuring and calm throughout. I can honestly say he was there for me at all times. I would like to praise the other staff members at Aldershot too for always being at the end of the phone. I am happy in my new home. Thank you.

Fantastic agent from start to finish when purchasing property

Duncan, Ellie and the rest of the team were efficient, supportive and a pleasure to work with throughout our dealings with them when purchasing a property. We were grateful when Micheal let us know they had a property we might be interested in before it went online after listening to our feedback on other properties - he was right, we loved it - and for his efficiency in getting us early viewings. Duncan kept the purchase on track, provided us with regular updates and quickly helped sort a new solicitor when it turned out the first one appointed couldn’t act for our mortgage lender part way through. I was grateful for his advice and patience with my phone calls as we tried to finalise our sale. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and everything was dealt with in good humour. I would recommend Castles without hesitation and if we ever needed to move I would look to work with them again. Thank you to all of the team for always being professional and friendly, as well as hard working,
