Everything made easy

Excellent Friendly Service

We've used Rochills for both Sales and Lettings. They manage a 2 bed rental flat for us and also sold our £1,000,000 house in less than a week! Their service is friendly and reliable and they keep you well informed. Highly recommended.

A great help!!

I am writing as a property solicitor who acted for the purchasers of a property being marketed by Rochills. We experienced frustrating delays and issues with the other party and their conveyancers, and Claudia assisted greatly by chasing the other side. She was friendly and approachable, and helped get this to an exchange of contracts. I felt that when I asked for her assistance, nothing was too much trouble. I look forward to working with Claudia and Rochills again.

Fast and Professional

I had used Rochills previously to let my property and was impressed with the way they had looked after me. This time I required their services to sell my property. They quickly took professional photos which made we apartment look fantastic. I then met the staff who became familiar with my property as well as introducing themselves. I felt as ease with them and felt in safe hands .They immediately found a qualified buyer and once the sale progressed they continued to impress me with their clear and useful communications. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Rochills.
