Great management agent

As an overseas landlord, Courtenay managed the letting of my London flat for 5 years. I always found them to be proactive & helpful when dealing with tenant requests or issues. Their communication was very good, particularly their property manager, Nora. She was so helpful. I couldn't recommend Courtenay more.

Courtenay's does it again! ; )

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the Courtenay team in Battersea for their wonderful work yet again! Its a tricky rental market at the moment however your superbly capable team ensured my 5 flats flew off the shelf and in your very experienced and trustworthy hands and I felt confidant at every step of the procedure. Thank you for being quintessentially unique in your dedicated service - as an independent business that clearly works with great integrity and pride - to provide the best possible service - a rare find I will be using again and again I am sure.

Recommended

The service was efficient and professional.

Alex Cyndrowska was helpful, friendly and responded to my emails quickly.

The agency fees and fee for the Tenancy Agreement are always a bit disappointing: but this is the way it is with estate agents.

Overall I'd recommend Courtenay's service.

Amazing service

I was fortunate in meeting Aidan from Courtenays after a long and gruelling flat search, which in London is something like a trial-by-fire.

The flat basically sold itself being extremely clean and well fitted, but Aidan was the icing on the cake. As along with pointing the features of the property and communal areas, he also gave me a few tips about actually living in the flat (namely that it is wonderfully warm, so he recommended that we should only use the radiator in the bathroom to prevent the usual issues you expect).

I really valued this little extra attention to detail, as so many agents in London can only be interested in letting the property regardless of whether it is the right fit for the potential tenant.

Through the remaining process after saying that we wanted the flat, then dealt with Aidan and Suze and they were both extremely professional and helpful.

Fabulous agents

Aidan, Suze, Sandy and the crew at Courtenay have been exceptional at finding tenants for me and managing my property, dealing with all manner of issues quickly and with minimum fuss. I heartily recommend them to all.

Personal, effective, helpful service

I have been extremely impressed with the service I received from Courtenay - Aidan, Suze and Kate have all been great. I was able to view a property, start my tenancy and get all issues sorted basically as fast as possible. Everyone has been super responsive and knowledgeable.

The best local estate agent

We chose to use Courtenay Estate agents to sell our property because of their great experience and knowledge of the local market. They offered expert advice and acted in a professional and ‘friendly but efficient’ manner throughout. They found a buyer, negotiated a sale near to asking price and managed the process to exchange & completion within several months of the flat going on the market. Thanks to Richard and Aidan for their support. We would recommend their services to others looking to buy, sell or rent in the Clapham & Battersea area.
