Excellent experience

Recently bought my first property in London via Tates' Hammersmith Road office. Kevin Godfrey was extremely helpful: available on short notice to discuss any questions/concerns, offer advice on leasehold/freehold questions, and generally very knowledgeable about the London market.
I can unreservedly recommend Kevin and this agency.

Excellent Work

It was a pleasure to work with Camilla and Tates Estates. They worked tirelessly to support me in getting my dream property. It was not an easy task and they were helpful and incredibly hard-working throughout. I can't thank them enough.

Thanks Tates!

My family's dealings with Tates have spanned over 15 years. Thanks to their no nonsense and streamlined approach, we have acquired a number of properties through them which are doing very well for us. Mr. Adam Webb in particular has become a personal friend of the family and has steered us towards some fantastic opportunities, and we cannot thank him and Tates enough!

Great service

Adam was very knowledgable and helpful throughout our purchase and really took the time to understand our position and helped ensure everything ran smoothly and in the end we ended up the proud owners of our first family home! Would certainly recommend and use again!
