Excellent personalised service

The service we received from Caroline, Kevin, Adam and the team at Tates was excellent. It was personalised and we were made to feel important to Tates. Regular contact was made and the advice given to us along the way was excellent. Well done Tates!!!!

Best estate agents ever

I cannot recommend Tates highly enough! If you want to sell a property in West London you HAVE to instruct Tates. I had to fire Foxtons because of their couldn't give a damn annoying attitude. Tates have handled the sale of my property an amazing personal service. I feel as though I know Kevin and Caroline personally. They could not have been more patient, professional and most of all they got me the result I wanted. If you want an honest and professional approach and an Agent that knows the London market inside out you can't do better than instruct Tates Estate Agents. Thank you Kevin and Caroline for all your hard work and most of all for selling my flat, you've been great.

Outstanding service

I've dealt with Tates for many years on lettings and they've handled a sale for me with the same professional good service that has always been a characteristic of this team of quality people. I've recommended them to others and would be happy to do business with them again in the future.

top price

Tates knew exactly who to approach as buyers for my flat which resulted in a painless and quick sale achieving a top price. Sympathetic,efficient and patient was the service from everyone at Tates but in particular Adam and Caroline. I would not go anywhere else next time I sell or buy. Thank you

Tates handled what was a difficult sale in a most sympathetic, understanding and efficient manner.
The sale was complicated in that the Freehold and Leasehold ownership were changing at the same time There was also the fraught matter of a lease extension and Tates action in this regard can only be described as exemplary.
The marketing of the flat; the sales literature, the showing programme, the negotiating skills could not be faulted and most importantly the sale price achieved was 'top of the market'.
A harrowing experience made as pleasant as possible thanks to Tates.
We have no hesitation in recommending them to a potential seller.
