Sincere thank you

Dear Mike and Emma,

This a very belated, but, nevertheless, very sincere thank you for all you both did over the sale of our Trews Weir apartment. You were always so helpful, efficient and friendly.

We will have no hesitation in recommending your firm to any of our friends, should they be wanting to move house.

We are very happy in our new home and I think we were very lucky to find it. I met Mr. and Mrs. Williams just before we moved and thought they were delightful people and I am glad the flat will be owned by such a nice couple.

First Rate

When we were selling our property outside Crediton we received so many conflicting opinions on valuation that I contacted Roger Wilkinson at WG. His advice was absolutely invaluable in establishing the way ahead that resulted in a successful sale at a realistic valuation. I couldn't recommend Wilkinson Grant more highly, they really have a very in depth understanding of the market.
