Incredibly Efficient

Looking for a rental property is inevitably stressful yet the service I received from WG Lettings made the whole process far easier.The department were incredibly efficient - dealing with all my enquiries in a polite and informative manner. Natalie in particular, was without doubt, the driving force behind such a smooth transition. Nothing was too much trouble and her excellent rapport with the landlord shone through. The move in pack was excellently prepared, the property was in superb order and thanks to WG Lettings we are now very settled in our new home!

Welcoming and Effiicient

It was through Wilkinson Grant & Co. that I found my new address, each stage of the experience was smooth and friendly.
The viewing was relaxed and without pressure. The standard of the property would be difficult to beat and the office staff were welcoming and efficient.
I would gladly recommend their service to anyone.

Excellent Service

I would like to thank your agency for the excellent service you provided me in obtaining a house for my son and his family.
I was given an impossible task, my son and family were returning from Australia, plus they have two dogs.
Find them a house to rent in the middle of Exeter in the next 4 weeks.
Phone calls to local Exeter estate agents proved a little frustrating, my living in London did not help.
Fortunately a few places to view began to appear.
Of all the three properties I saw, only the one from Wilkinson Grant lived up to expectations.
The property was as described, clean, well decorated, all appliances were modern and in working order.
The agent Olivia, was punctual, reassuringly efficient and very polite. We were able to negotiate a deal and I left for London a very relieved father.
With the help of the Wilkinson Grant office staff the transaction was completed and my son, family and dogs are happily housed in Exeter.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

A quick email to say how happy with the service that I received from yourself and your team in finding me a place to live.

The property that you found for me is perfect, both in size and location and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services to anyone that was looking to rent in this area. I would definitely use you again if another search for lettings was needed.
