We are delighted

Hi Jenni & Cathy, Many thanks for arranging for us to visit 1 ******** Close yesterday for a final measure up - at least we know now that most of our furniture will fit in! We are delighted that we have now exchanged contracts on the property and would like to thank you and your colleagues for all your help and assistance along the way, which, as you know, has had its share of ups and downs!

Before too much time passes, I wanted to write and thank you for your role in getting this sale completed.

Even though you worked very hard to get your seller the highest price (and nudged me above my initial limit), I felt you dealt with me very honestly and were very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend you and your firm to anyone looking to list.

In addition, I wanted to thank you for giving me Paul's name as a potential architect. I think you know we did select him, have already had a historical building survey done and are waiting for him to deliver the first draft of our plans.

A First Rate Experience

Considerate and thoughtful attention was paid throughout the whole process of buying a property in Topsham recently. There was an absolute commitment to doing the right thing for both the vendor and the buyer built around a great relationship

Delighted!

I was a cash buyer who was looking for a Grade II listed property in the city. Wilkinson Grant & Co got me in to view on the day the property came to the market and helped secure a satisfactory deal to suit both me and the elderley vendor, who in turn was in a hurry to secure a much sought after retirement property. A really good outcome for all those involved.

Great job throughout the whole process

Surpassed expectations - always being helpful and forthcoming with information from our first viewing through the offer process to during the conveyancing period ensuring all parties are informed and dealing with any issues professionally and efficiently. Outstanding knowledge of land and property matters and always giving sound advice. Thanks to Dan and all for keeping it all on track when it really mattered, I don't think we would have managed to it without all your help.
