Very professional

Purchasing and then letting out an apartment in Princesshay using one agent, Wilkinson Grant, meant the process was seamless, saving valuable time. From start to finish the service was efficient, friendly and

Excellent Service

For me the most important factor contributing the excellent service I receive from Wilkinson Grant Lettings is the personal working relationship I have with the individual staff members. This leads, in turn, to a mutual trust that allows me to feel comfortable with the way the properties and tenants are managed without having to be bothered with every "mundane" tenancy event and allows the staff to get on with their job efficiently, much to the appreciation of the tenants themselves.

Delighted...

As first time landlords we have been delighted with the personal care and professional attention we have received from the whole of the letting team from Wilkinson Grant. They took time and effort to guide us through the whole process ensuring all of our requirements were met effectively and efficiently, sourcing five excellent tenants within a very short time-frame

Heartfelt Thanks

Now that our tenants seem to have settled happily into premier Place and we have completed most of the outstanding maintenance required at our home in Exeter, we wanted to tell you how much we have appreciated your help.

As you know, letting a private home can be a difficult time for landlords.
It was particularly so for us because we were at a stage when we were undecided about whether to sell or let our property and naturally, many of the problems we encountered were very personal. Your kindly concern and empathy greatly helped us solve these problems. Somehow you have combined a business-like professionalism with a relaxing informality that aids effective communication. This has certainly enabled us let our home under your management with great confidence.

We wish to keep our home a happy home whether we are living there or not and feel reassured that our tenants will be appropriately encouraged to treat our property as their home yet be mindful that it remains our home too.

Most importantly, we feel that you have striven to understand our concerns and have endeavoured to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities. Also, despite a busy workload, you have always responded to our queries as we would have wished.

Always a pleasure

I wish to record my satisfaction with the service provided by the Wilkinson Grant & Co. Lettings department in managing my Exeter apartment. Arranging renewal of assured shorthold tenancys, liasing with tenants and dealing with the managing agents at Princesshay has taken great time and effort in order to achieve the highest standards.
It is,not least, always a pleasure to deal with staff in all departments of WG and to have the benefit of a fully comprehensive property service in the Exeter area.

More than met our expectations

We have been landlords for 15 years and a year ago we transferred our business to Wilkinson Grant. Although there were a few teething problems, due to our previous agents, they were dealt with satisfactorily. New tenants have been found for two properties, and we were pleased with the manner in which we were kept up to date with the process. The financial side as well as the managerial aspect have more than met our expectations

Natalie should be your go-to-girl

I've been dealing with Wilkinson & Grant for almost four years now. I've seen many agents come and go in this time and have also dealt with agents both in lettings and sales in that time too. I can genuinely say that none of the agents, with no disrespect intended to those currently there, that I have encountered one as willing to help and genuine in their approach as Natalie. Many speak negatively of estate agents as being lazy and insincere. I can say that my experience with Natalie and her willingness to help me (even though I don't actually have a Management agreement with the agency, and she has no obligation to do so) with any queries or requests that I may have, has never been anything been fruitful.
She is very easy to talk to, very sympathetic and only to eager to help. I have never got the impression that she's providing me with the 'lip service' often associated with estate agents, along with the promise of coming back to me at a later date, that often never comes.

I have also met with Natalie in person on a few occasions and conversation has always been easy, casual yet professional too, often diversifying in to many unrelated topics. IN my opinion, the ability of an estate agent to be able to converse in non-business related matters too, shows a genuine approach and a sense of sincerity and is a good example of one opting to get to know his/her client as well as possible. For me, this is an important trait for anyone in the services industry and demonstrates a more 'humanistic' approach to ones work, something that is often difficult to encounter in today's 'dog eat dog' world.

Natalie should be your go-to- girl at Wilkinson & Grant, and I can't recommend her enough to any potential clients

A Very Happy Customer

My wife and I approached Wilkinson & Grant lettings after 2 previous companies had failed to let our property out. I am in the British Armed Forces and had an impending posting to Germany, therefore we had a vast amount of administration to action and the fact that our house in the UK showed no sign of being let out was starting to become a real problem. With 3 weeks to go before the move to Germany we decided to change companies once again and phoned W&G. I spoke to a lady called Natalie, who can only be described as a ‘ball of fire’! She had our house on the market within days and the following week had let the house out to a nice couple from London. Kim and I were speechless, the house had been on the letting market for 3 months since Jan 11, with no interest and W&G let it in a week, quite frankly amazing. The subsequent management of our property has been first class, Maggie has always been on hand to answer our calls and nothing has been a problem.
We have had no hesitation in recommending W&G to our friends and family, and will continue to do so.
A very happy customer.

First Rate

I would like to contribute to the testimonials as I find the company first rate to work with. Communication is clear and any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Payments are always on time and there is never any need to double check! The staff are courteous and respectful and I have no hesitation in recommending (and have done) the company to friends.
