Sincere thank you

Dear Mike and Emma,

This a very belated, but, nevertheless, very sincere thank you for all you both did over the sale of our Trews Weir apartment. You were always so helpful, efficient and friendly.

We will have no hesitation in recommending your firm to any of our friends, should they be wanting to move house.

We are very happy in our new home and I think we were very lucky to find it. I met Mr. and Mrs. Williams just before we moved and thought they were delightful people and I am glad the flat will be owned by such a nice couple.

Exemplary

Both Heather and I are more than happy to highly recommend WG to any purchaser or seller.

Over many years we have used WG as an agent to purchase and sell our properties within the Exeter area, and it is without any hesitation that we can highly recommend them to anyone as the best property agent in the City.
On numerous occasions we have needed to sell our personal property to move due to our work situation , we have always found WG exemplary and stand out above the other agents due to their professionalism and swift service regards selling and finding us another property.
On a few occasions we have tried other agents but have ended up returning to WG as we can have every confidence that they act swiftly and get the results we need .
This Estate Agent in our opinion is way ahead of other agents as they have certainly found the right balance between marketing and approach with the Estate Agency Service
We have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone looking for a service that is a proven and established over many years of good practice

Friendly, helpful service

I was delighted with the very friendly helpful service I received when selling my home. It can be very frightening when doing this on one’s own and I was always met with a warm welcoming smile, when visiting the office, or on the telephone. I particularly liked their ‘Open House’ format, where vendors could vacate their property and have the agent playing host to interested buyers. Many I’m sure are sold that way, mine included. Thank you for your help and understanding at what could have been a difficult time.

Big Thumbs Up!

Wish to thank Wilkinson Grant and Daniel Wilkinson in particular for his enthusiasm, professionalism and good humour throughout, in negotiating the recent sale of our property. It has been a pleasurable journey from initial marketing to sale completion. We achieved a great price and the buyers are delighted with the purchase, all as a direct result of both parties feeling confident in the knowledge and experience that Wilkinson Grant have gained in the local market. Big thumbs up all round!

A massive help

When we were selling our house and needed advice from someone we could really trust I had no hesitation in turning to Wilkinson Grant, and Roger Wilkinson in particular. As a result we received considerably more than the asking price, all as a result of the confidence Roger inspired during complex and nerve-racking negotiations.

We couldn't recommend Wilkinson Grant more highly.

A quick and painless sale

We used Wilkinson Grant to sell our property and certainly have a positive experience to report. The property was valued by Giles Hann and we agreed the asking price and our bottom line selling price. The property details were sent to me for approval very quickly and looked professional with good quality photographs. A sale was achieved within a week or so of starting marketing after a good number of viewings in what is supposed to be a depressed housing market.

Giles negotiated with the buyers to achieve the price we wanted and was also happy to try and help us secure the property we wished to purchase for the price we wanted to pay. Overall, we were very happy with the result and will certainly use WG again.
