Professional, friendly and incredibly hard working
We bought a house through Sandersons earlier this year. Even though they weren't "our" estate agents they were incredibly efficient, managed the entire chain almost single-handedly and pushed the sale through speedily despite some significant challenges.
Charlotte and the team took the time to get to know us and we felt we were always being treated with honesty and professionalism. It was made very clear to us as buyers what we needed to do to progress the sale and on exchange and completion days Sandersons were the first to update us with progress reports.
Nothing was too much trouble and we were greeted by a lovely card and bottle of wine when we picked up the keys.
I have never really understood before the value of the work a good estate agent does. Charlotte and the Sandersons team demonstrated exactly what a dedicated agency can bring to the process. If we ever sell this house we will be using Sandersons and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Brilliant
Ashford office were a pleasure to deal with.
From the cheery and friendly first initial call (Jackie) to everyone who accompanied is to viewings, the calming manager when it was all going wrong with our buyer but most of all when it all looked hopeless and Charlotte stepped in. We truly believe she waved a magic wand. We have no intention of ever moving again but would recommend you totally to anyone.

Would highly recommend!
Sandersons have been great from start to finish. We have just brought our first house and everything went perfectly. Always updating us with information and keeping us informed, they explained everything in an easy way for us to understand and were so friendly and polite. I would recommend anyone to use Sandersons as you will not be let down. Thank you so much.

Fantastic Service
Fantastic service throughout the whole move. Always there when we needed them and any viewings we wanted they would always go that extra step to make it work. Neil and Kay from the Canterbury branch were superb. Would highly recommend Sandersons thanks to an easy and hassle free move.

Excellent
As first time buyers Sandersons made the process very easy, always helping to explain the process when we weren't sure what should be happening. Everyone was really friendly and always on hand to help.
