Reliable and professional

I have been a landlord for 16 years now with Sandersons. I have always found the team at Canterbury and Maidstone to be professional, flexible and responsive. It's important for me to have a close relationship so that my concerns are respected and managed. They do this extremely well.

I can thoroughly recommend Sandersons and wish them continuing success for many, many years to come.

Highly recommended

Extremely impressed with all stages of the service. The lettings team pitch the rent just right so the property is let quickly with regular updates as to how marketing is proceeding. The property management team then take over providing a highly efficient service from the initial agreement and checks through to check out including regular visits to the property which is reassuring, fielding tenants maintenance issues and giving great advice on the long term perspective and current regulations. Everyone who I contact from the various teams is extremely friendly and helpful and the general impression I have is of a highly professional organisation.

Super Agent

Been with the Canterbury office (formerly, The Letting Shop) since 2001. I think that sort of record says it all. Good staff, consistently good advice and they always take great and significant care in choosing and recommending the tenant to me. Always get a quick response to my queries whether it is to the Canterbury or Maidstone office.

Excellent service

Great service from start to finish!

Having just used Sandersons for the first time, I have to say... I was thoroughly impressed! It is extremely rare that a company delivers exactly the standard of service which they promise at the outset - however this was definitely the case with Sandersons. From Julie's valuation and initial advice to finding me a great tenant and dealing with the handover - every member of staff was courteous, professional and above all - communicative! I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
