Very satisfied

Very satisfied with the help I received from Shepherds Estate Agents in getting my house sold. David Simpson set the ball rolling and Peter Bluffield kept it going with great patience and courtesy, ably assisted by the background boys (and girls!).

Faultless!

Matthew and Peter were professional and proactive and ensured the sale went through as smoothly and swiftly as possible. All the staff in the Hertford office were friendly, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend Shepherds.
Can’t comment of the location as I didn’t visit the office.

Above and beyond !

Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but Peter made a real difference throughout the process.
From the start, he was always approachable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. When the seller became difficult regarding exchange and completion dates, he was a great source of support and reassurance during what was a very frustrating time.
What really stood out was his willingness to help when the seller failed to clear the loft as agreed. Instead of simply leaving it for me to deal with, he rolled up his sleeves and helped me clear it himself. That level of commitment and care is something you rarely come across and it showed that he genuinely cared about making sure everything was right for me.
I am incredibly grateful for all his help and support throughout the purchase of my new home. His professionalism, dedication, and personal touch made a huge difference, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Shepherds are definitely the best estate agents I have dealt with!

Outstanding Service

David and team have, over a period of over three years, helped us with a complicated move, managing to sell our family house in Bengeo twice to cash buyers and maintaining the eventual buyers interest as it took us three attempts to secure the right downsize property on the Goldings Estate. We are probably responsible for a few grey hairs, for which apologies, but would highly recommend the whole team, thank you!

I’d just like to say a big thank you to David and his team for helping sell my house. Having purchased my house originally from Shepherds and had positive dealings with them as a buyer it was an easy decision about which agent to use when it came for us to sell. They have an excellent appreciation of the market and gave good advice about pricing and marketing. Their responsiveness and communication were excellent, working with me to expedite the process as smoothly as possible. I was appreciative of their guidance, friendly approach and commitment to achieving the best outcome for me.

Thoroughly recommend

We were assisted by Shepherds in the purchase of our property. They were very helpful and always quick to respond. They enabled us to achieve a quick purchase and would recommend them as a very reliable estate agents.

Fantastic Service

Fantastic service under sad circumstances. Michael De Biasi what a credit to your business. Exceptional service, knowledge and compassion. Could not have done it without him, even when solicitors were dragging their feet he was on the case keeping me informed every step of the way. He also sold my son's property for him. Highly recommend Shepherds and Michael. Thanks again.

Excellent service

Shepherds have been excellent in both the sale and purchase of our property. David in particular went above and beyond in ensuring that everything went smoothly for all parties and was very responsive in his communication. We found it very supportive through what can be a stressful process.
