Perhaps a more expensive way to shop for furnishings for rental property but well worth it for convenience and service was excellent - thanks to Dougie, Darren and Garry!

Fast & efficient - although there was an issue with the mattress (which wasn't their fault) was rectified very quickly. Customer service - amazing. Delivery & Installation (Dougie, Darren & Garry) - amazing. All in all can't fault their service.

Great service and highly recommended

Always replying quickly even out of office. Sufficient information provided before ordering. One of the furniture I ordered was not of satisfaction, it was quickly agreed to refund. Two deliveries were all on time. Installation was also very good and all packings were removed leaving a clean floor.

Excellent products and service!

I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the products, the next day delivery service and the very helpful staff from David Phillips. I had only 2 days to furnish my rental for viewings, after renovation works overran and I couldn't have found a better service anywhere. When the first sofa I chose turned out to be too small, it was collected and replaced within 2 days. The delivery staff - Carl and Florin - were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

Best sevice

We had a delivery booked in at a later time then the pick up of a bunk bed we were donating to charity. When John and Milost from David Phillips arrived to install the new bed, the bunk bed was still there awaiting to be dismantled, flat packed to be ready for the charity van.
When told of the situation the two boys set about dismantling the bed all the while cheerful and in no time the bunk bed was downstairs ready to be removed and the new bed installed.
There's no better service than that!!
We have used this company before and I would highly recommend them.

how all furniture delivery should be

I am so impressed with David Phillips.
I ordered a bed online, and in less than 24 hours it was delivered and set up.
On the phone, the customer service is excellent, friendly and well informed.
They arrange a 3 hour delivery window and the guys in the van also call 10 minutes before. If, like me, you have stayed in all day waiting for a delivery, this is a godsend.
The delivery guys (Ellis & Luciano) were also fantastic. Enthusiastic, helpful and very efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing, and all done with smiles on their faces.
Overall experience is very good, and David Phillips should be proud to have such great staff.

From opening the website to the point of exit from the flat a top class customer experience.

Ordering with Eleanor was pleasant, professional and straightforward.

Lauren called to confirm delivery as promised. Then on the day was practical and helpful in clarifying the exact timing of the delivery arrangements.

Robbie and Dillmont did all the hard work of delivering and assembling. They were very professional, fast, accurate, polite and left the place immaculate. Most impressive performance.

Gold medal, top of the podium to David Phillips.

Had my washing machine delivered and fitted at exactly the time said. John and Milosz were prompt and did everything required even cleaned up. They were in and out so I could get on with my day. Thanks guys for a fab job.
