What a find

Theatre tickets booked at short notice, our previous location was full. Found this fantastic venue by chance by good old search engine. What a result..What a place. Perfect weekend stay. Couldn't fault anything. Will now book direct again on our next visit which is already planned.

Do yourself a favour

Stayed here from 28th Oct for 4 nights. Minty met us and from then on it was all great. Rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast the best of all the "B&Bs" we stayed at over our two weeks touring. Proximity to local pub and Stratford could not have been better. Value for money.

Best Stay Ever

We booked a trip to Stratford for the first time and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. All staff we very helpful and made you feel welcome all the time. The rooms were clean and very well kept. The hot tub was fantastic and gardens were kept to a high standard. The breakfast was outstanding but the customer service was was the best part of the trip :) We will be recommending church farm barns to our friends and family and we will be back.

Absolutely amazing

Took my partner here as a surprise getaway for her birthday and we loved it. As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted by the loveliest lady who took us straight to our room. The room was fabulous and excellently furnished . Loved the solid oak bed and furniture and the bed was huge! Had a very cosy and homely feel to it and we had such a relaxing stay.
Everything we wanted was just a couple of minutes drive away (or just over £4 for a taxi journey which the staff booked for us).
We cannot pick a single fault with the hotel. Absolutely spotless, cleaned daily and topped up each morning with lovely L'Occitane smellies.
The service was excellent and food was delicious.
Next time we go to Stratford we will be staying here again for sure!

Thank you to the staff for everything, especially Minty! You made our stay just perfect.

A Definite recommended stay

What a perfect place to relax. Minty was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The grounds are very pretty. Accommodations were comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. Breakfast was good and more than ample. Within walking distance to Anne Hathaway's cottage, and a stop for the hop on-hop off sightseeing bus. Only difficulty was pulling out of the driveway. I would absolutely recommend this B&B for your stay in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Brilliant stay and thoroughly recommended

We spent 3 nights and received a very warm welcome on arrival from Minty who ensured that we had an excellent stay .My husband and I had an ensuite kingsize room on the ground floor which was spotlessly- clean lovely white linen ,clean towels every day, and an excellent quiet location yet very easy to walk into the centre of Stratford via the footpath ;so left the car at Church farm barns except when went to Mary Ardens farm.Lovely lounge and good breakfast whole stay made very special thanks to Minty and her team Mary and Monika - definitely a 5 star B&B !

Our visit to Stratford and Mr Shakespeare's country was great enhanced by our stay at Church Farm Barns. Great setting and accommodation. Thanks to staff for our welcome and the friendly assistance while there.
