Who was your agent?: Gurpreet Gagneja
We have been dealing with Gurpreet Gagneja for many years. Each time our flat tenancy is due for renewal, Gurpreet will email us in good time and advise us on current market rental so we can inform the tenant of any rental increases. Gurpreet will then liaise with tenants and upon agreement will draw up a new contract. Gurpreet manages the whole process end to end and is very professional in how she deals with us and our tenants. We hope to work with Gurpreet going forward.
