Amazing Agency saved us from the horrible one we were with

My mum cousin and I had a terrible experience with a different Agency in London and really struggled to get away from them. Lisandria was so understanding, helpful, professional and communicative throughout the whole experience of getting a new property. She didn't judge any of my crazy questions or state or panic and kept me well informed everyday on what she needed or would advise.
