I just wanted to send a quick note to say how happy we were working with Sam Bradman.

I was impressed by the fact that he had understood what we were looking for, kept a note of it and communicated the availability of Wymering Rd, before it was put on the market.
I had given the same brief to other real estate agents, but close to none came back to us with ideas.

Moreover, he was there for any queries we had, replied promptly and politely and was oriented towards finding a solution to problems that arose during the procedure.
Before exchanging, when he understood we were having difficulty getting the last answers we needed regarding the flat via the solicitors, he offered to help, and indeed his intervention was quite positive.

Sam, from our point of view, did work on the sale of Wymering Rd with professionalism.
