Gemma was an absolute delight to work with on the purchase of my flat, from beginning to end. The entire process took a lot longer than we all expected but Gemma was always positive and helped to keep me positive, which was needed. She went above and beyond on several occasions, including traveling outside of London to get a much needed document on time. I'm over the moon about the property and can't thank her enough for helping to get the sale across the line.
