Great experience when moving from abroad

I had an excellent experience with Rubel Rouf (Roo), at Winkworth, when I recently moved to London from the United States. Where other agents had told me to simply call back once I had moved, Roo worked with me to help me rent a flat and make sure that everything was complete so that I could move into my flat as soon as I arrived in the United Kingdom. He went above and beyond--even allowing me to use his mobile number to get a bed delivered, as I did not yet have UK mobile number. I would certainly rent a flat again through Winkworth and recommend Winkworth's, and Roo's, services.
