Great experience on both rental & sale side

Winkworth's Southfields managed the rental of my flat for five years, finding two excellent tenants. Martyna managed both rentals and was highly professional and efficient, a delight to work with and extremely responsive when things needed attending to.

The flat was then marketed for sale by Doug who provided excellent advice and guidance through the sales process, securing a buyer within a matter of weeks above the asking price.

They are a great team and I would definitely recommend them for both rentals and sales.
