Exceptional service from Winkworth Highgate

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Winkworths when dealing with the sale of my late mother-in-law’s property. From the moment we met James Wilkinson when he came to do the probate valuation we knew we that we wanted Winkworths to handle the sale. It was an extremely difficult time for us and as well as his appreciation of the apartment he was also calm and respectful of our loss which meant a lot to us. We were also very impressed with his 30+ years knowledge of the Highgate property market.
Daryl Ditchburn was a joy to work with and his and James’s skills matching the right clients to the property plus his enthusiasm, expertise and good humour resulted in multiple offers within days of going on the market. The photographs were also excellent and showed the apartment beautifully.
It turned out not to be a straightforward sale due to the complexities of probate and there were various challenges along the way to say the least! Daryl took them all in his stride and gave great advice, kept calm and good natured at all times and we felt very supported throughout. He also managed to make what was a hugely stressful process quite enjoyable!
We are thoroughly delighted with the outcome and can highly recommend Winkworths – we will definitely use them again in the future.
