Good appraisal to value my property, very professional and completed the appraisal in the time specified. Completed the listing details including virtual tour of my property to a very high standard and in quick time frame.
Listed the property as per my time line and were not at all pushy, arranged the veilings very well which started within 1 hour of going live.
Good advice from case handler to assist with choosing potential buyer from the list of offers.
Recommended a solicitor who I have to say was very pro active and first class.
Did not have to chase for updates during the selling as we were updated regularly when updating was necessary, great at keeping us informed as to the position of the buyer, also played an active roll leasing with my purchase estate agent to ensure all in the chain were kept fully up to date.
Sold my property all went well, would use again in the future, come highly recommended.
