Dan conducted a viewing of a property in Crouch End and I found him very polite and helpful. He was particularly respectful and sensitive to the needs of the vendor as she was in the property for the viewing. One thing I value a great deal in estate agents is if they let you view the property without being too 'pushy'. Dan gave me the information I needed about the flat but let me view it and make my own judgements. I appreciated his quietly respectful and professional manner. He was also perfectly punctual, arriving at the precise time agreed, which was impressive.
