Brodie was very personable and he had an excellent manner when he showed us around the flat.
he really did sell the flat to us although it is a fantastic flat so didnt need much selling to us!

Brodie was very personable and he had an excellent manner when he showed us around the flat.
he really did sell the flat to us although it is a fantastic flat so didnt need much selling to us!
My only critisism would be that during the final stages and getting the contracts signed etc he was quite hard to get hold of, but I know estate agents are out of the office a lot on viewings so its no surprise he was hard to get hold of!
All in all he was excellent and particularly helpful to us when we were negotiating prices and furniture conditions with our landlord to be. He acted an a great middle man.
