Dear sir/madam,
I had been looking for a property in London through various different agencies. I am in the difficult situation that I needed to find a property while still living in South Africa. I had no delegate that could be present at the property on my behalf and I solely relied on Peter for communication, updates and for driving things forward.
Before I started dealing with Peter I thought it was going to be a nightmare, but he is the most astute agent I worked with from all the companies, he always followed up, he told me he was going to do what he promised and he did everything efficiently and accurately.
Peter is very professional but also very easy to communicate with and to get along with. Which made my dealings with him much easier. On top of all of this there is a definitely cultural difference between us, yet he managed to bridge the gap and assist me with exactly what I needed, what I was looking for and he managed my expectations by explaining things to me that I didn't understand when it came to the UK based property market.
I was very surprised by how easily it all worked out, considering I was never physically present in the United Kingdom during our negotiations.
