I've just entered into a tenancy at a property with Greene&Co, with Luis from the Kensal Rise office being my Lettings Negotiator. Luis was absolutely fantastic in terms of finding potential properties to rent within my requirements, arranging viewings and negotiating with landlords in a realistic and fair manner. Luis was very helpful throughout the whole process and he was also readily available on the phone to deal with any issues that could come up. Luis guided me through the referencing process and personally came to the property on move-in day to make sure everything was in order. As a tenant, I would highly recommend Luis and Greene & Co.
