Whitney was an absolute pleasure to work with yesterday. She was friendly from the moment we met her; she was clearly well informed about all the properties that she showed us, and she had a fantastic vision for properties that would be suitable for our group. She went the extra mile to collect us and drive us to several viewings, saving us time and money, and making our search process considerably more comfortable! Moreover, all of the properties that Whitney showed us were great, and we could have happily moved into any of them.

In addition, we were all incredibly surprised to hear that Whitney is relatively new to the job. Her professionalism was outstanding, and evidenced a maturity well beyond her years: her viewings were the best viewings that my girlfriend and I had experienced from over 15 different agents over the last 2 years. Whitney did not rush us around the property, and she gave us due space to discuss amongst ourselves. Her knowledge of the properties and of the surrounding area was excellent. Furthermore, from an administrative perspective, Whitney was fantastically prompt and thorough in her responses.

I know I speak on behalf of the others in our viewings group when I say that Whitney was absolutely brilliant. Without any doubt, Whitney was a significant factor in our decision to rent a particular flat. She brought out the best in the property with a natural ease. We were throughly impressed!
