Absolutely first class experience.
First off, your website was brilliant, all the information we wanted was there (maps, floor plans, good range of photos) and the properties all looked well presented.
When it came to viewings, the process was efficient with a good property shortlist offered based on our preferences which we could easily narrow down, followed by a viewing appointment for nearly all of the properties we liked shortly after.
Once my other half had seen a property I had earmarked, Hussein gave us another viewing very early on the Monday we decided to move that day, but were on a VERY short timeline as we needed to catch a flight on the Sunday and ideally move in before then.
Thankfully everyone involved was incredibly helpful, Hussein kept us in the loop and negotiated a deal which worked for both us and the landlords and once our offer was accepted, we were never left waiting for a piece of paperwork. Everything was pushed through in record time and we were able to move in that Friday.
The entire experience made our lives so much easier than it might have been and everyone was very accommodating of our rather pressing situation. We're now happily settled in and enjoying our new flat.
