My first contact was with Suay and from the very first impression i felt i was dealing with a professional company that knew what i wanted and where to find it. Suay listened to my requirements and showed me a few properties that fitted my criteria but overall were not for me.
A day later Suay rang me as he thought he had found a property i would be interested in. He immediately came to me and drove me to the property which was great and i agreed to let it there and then.
Suay talked me through all the procedures and forms i needed to fill in and send away for references. Not at any point was i confused or felt i did not know what was happening due to his excellent communication.
Overall i felt completely at ease dealing with Suay and Greene & Co and i will be recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy or rent a property.
