We had a great experience with Greene & Co in Maida Vale, with Hussein and Oksana who helped us negotiate the terms on a flat we fell in love with. Greene & Co have the best selection of flats in the Maida Vale area. We liked that there was no pressuring to rent on some of the prior viewings of flats, its the last thing you need in an already stressful situation of trying to find a flat. Some of the other agencies are very aggressive in their approach, and with Greene & Co it was a much more pleasant experience with no unnecessary pressure. We also really appreciated Hussein staying in the office after hours so that we could fill out an application then and there after finding the flat we loved.
