I have had dealing with three of your offices this week in my (laborious!!) search for a new rental property. My husband and I have pretty specific areas and conditions that we want from our prospective property and everyone of your staff I have been working with have been absolutely amazing. We haven't actually had any successful closings as yet but I have just been so impressed with the service I felt it was prudent to tell you.
Alex from your Maida Vale office has been fantastic and very flexible in showing some flats and then giving us a second viewing. Plus we are now in a negotiating stage of one of the properties we had seen.
Marc from West Hampstead is brilliant. Incredibly personable and friendly, he showed me some places today and my husband has spoken with him a number of times and each time has said how great Marc has been to deal with.
Nicole from Belsize Park showed me a property today also, whilst it was not to our liking it was all they had available within our budget and she was also wonderful.
Clearly the fact that across a number of your offices your staff all have a great, easy going approach with customers. They are not pushy, they come across as incredibly genuine, and it is a FAR cry from the pains in the backside that are Foxtons and Olivers.
If you use testimonials on your website you can feel free to use anything I have said in this email or alternatively I can write up something. I believe credit should be given where it is due.
Thank you for training your staff to deal with customers in such an authentic manner, it has made the annoying task of looking for a rental just that bit easier.
