George was great throughout the process and we managed to rent the flat we fell in love with. George's team was responsive and we also managed to move without any hiccups or delays. Only observation was to the long time it took for the contract team to revert to us with adjustments to the contract (already approved by the landlord). That could be improved. Tks.

Karim is very professional, punctual and extremely helpful. He took the stress out of the vetting process and was always there to re assure us.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would recommend Greene & Co if you're buying or letting a home. They really care about getting everything done right. Karim was amazing - super professional but friendly and genuine. He assisted on all viewings, spent a lot of time each viewing while I scoped the place out, gave me advice on the landlord, was a good negotiator, and generally went above and beyond. I would recommend him specifically to anyone and honestly the best agent I've ever dealt with! Thanks to him and Greene & Co.

Karim was an absolute star! We came into the branch without an appointment, on a Saturday, hoping we could be shown around a few properties. He immediately took us to see some houses, and we put on offer on the first house that very same day. Karim was warm, friendly and his fun personality made the whole experience such a joy! Would highly recommend Greene & Co, and especially Karim. Thank you for helping us find our dream house

George called us back after we enquired online, arranged a viewing for us and guided us through the process. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond for us, we had to change our move in date to an earlier one and ... [read more]

George called us back after we enquired online, arranged a viewing for us and guided us through the process. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond for us, we had to change our move in date to an earlier one and he got that arranged for us at no extra costs.

Communication could have been a little better but I am overall happy with his efforts and would recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent.

I think more generally, wider office communication could have been better (not from george) as my flatmate struggled to get answers to a few of her questions, but overall great service!

Karim was awesome. The lettings market in London can be very annying and tiresome. But Karim Listened to our criteria and knew what we were looking for so instead of sending us out to places that we had zero interest in seeing (which was our experience with other agencies) We knew that our time viewing with Karim would never be a waste of time.
