Olivia was great. Responed to my initial enquiry same afternoon and was able to find alternative properties for us as the original flat had just been let. Understood our requirements and found something that matched within 24 hours. Olivia also made herself available on the phone to answer any queries - a couple of times later in the evening.
Only issue was with the contracts. They got lost and we had to come back in to sign again on the move day. To Olivia's credit she did everything to make sure it didn't delay our move.
Issue with the website was the property view. Not sure if our browser but once zoomed in on the floor plan it shrunk all the following images to thumbnail size. Had to come back to the home page.
Thought the admin fees were high - this is why only 4 stars for overall and opinion.
