Olivia was very sweet and professional. She was friendly and easy to talk to.

My only comment with regards to future viewings is to get the correct information regarding whether a property is furnished/unfurnished.

I was told initially over the phone as well as at the viewing that the property was furnished and then once I had made an offer on the flat, I was then told it was unfurnished. The landlord had always stated to Greene & Co that it would be unfurnished.

I appreciate we are all humans and mistakes can be made, but might be best to get all facts regarding a property from the outset so that there are no misunderstandings.

We negotiated a solution to the mistake so it all worked out well.
