Olivia has been very helpful to us from the very beginning to the end. During the flat viewing we were given lots of information about the flat and the landlady. She was very politie, friendly and quick when contacting her. I would definitely recommend her as an agent to another tenants.
The agency in general was very nice to deal with as well. However, the administration charges are in our opinion far too high. This is something we will definitely have in mind when moving flats next time.
