Lee helped me out in an emergency situation when I had to move within 3 days. All the estate agents said it was an impossible timeframe and they couldn't do the references and paperwork in time. Lee checked the references, persuaded the landlord to let me move in within a couple of days and stayed in the office until 9.00 pm on a Friday night to ensure all the paperwork was completed in time for me to move in the following morning. I was truly impressed with Lee's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile and his ability to achieve what every other estate agent said was impossible. Lee is an asset to Greene & Co and they should watch out as I wouldn't be surprised if Hamptons or Savills poached him. Lee inspires confidence and trust in clients who go back to Greene & Co because of him. I recommend Lee most highly as a knowledgeable, professional, pleasant estate agent who works with the client to achieve positive outcomes for them.
