Professional, people focused and promises kept, I know it sounds nothing like the estate agents we all hear about in the press and I was a hardened sceptic.
I have over the last few years put my house up for sale almost 10 times and each withdrawal from the market was the result of mistrust or promises broken. "Prove me wrong" I heard myself say to Paul Harris the branch manager for Kensal Rise and to my amazement he did with the aid of his trusty negotiator the young Josh Holder. Bright, slickly turned out and a ready smile he charmed my household immediately not with smarmy empty pledges but with accurate and focused marketing, always keeping my best interests at the heart of every viewing and offer made.
Selling a house is meant to be one of the 3 most stressful times of a persons life, but I am happy to say that with Green and Co the journey was an adventure that I would be happy to do again and will without a doubt be recommending them to anyone who will listen. 3 cheers for G & C, hip hip hooray !!!! Another happy customer slips into the distance
